NEW STAR GP LOOKS AND FEELS JUST LIKE ‘90S RACING ROYALTY, VIRTUA RACING

There are two main modes to choose from in New Star GP. Championship mode allows you to play solo or race with your mates in competitions of varying difficulty. The more cups you win, the more you unlock.

The Career mode offers some incredible depth. Pick a car, assemble a pit crew and then it’s a race through the decades, starting with the ‘80s through to the modern era. Earning cash allows you to improve the car and keep your crew happy. Win the season to earn a promotion. Career mode isn’t just about pure racing either. Time trials, elimination races, reverse track races and checkpoint races add to the variation of each Grand Prix.

From pit stop management to upgrading the car, to the ever-changing weather, New Star GP packs incredible depth under its bonnet. Perks can be added which can make life easier. My personal favourite is the reserve tank, which can save a whole pit stop!

Retro style infused with modern ideas, New Star GP is fluid, addictive and better than many modern racers.
